I really don't understand why a complicated roll players like this have no flow charts. At least illustrate, or write what to do in sequence so the player knows what to do. Or is this part of the charm of this game? Great explanation and play through by the way. love to see how it pans out.

Your placement of districts could improve. Some richer areas would never be near other certain areas. Markets and merchants had good reasons for being in specific areas. Nice you picked it up again. I was wondering if you would. My campaigns tend to get shelved for shorter, longer or even very long periods eventually and a way to keep them interesting is to change character on side quest or retrospect like you do here. Keep it up👍

I love your enthusiasm after rolling all those 20s! Fantastic! Great video again, love it! I really connect with how you play, I play very much in the same fashion, especially with regard to how you let the dice direct the story. For example, starting around 47 mins in when you are stumped but then use the dice to spur your creativity and coming up with a result to push the story forward. You don’t need to justify the changes you make to the rules (as you do when you discussed the luck point method you use). It is your game, play it how you want so that you enjoy your experience. Don’t listen to anyone claiming you ‘fudge’ or change the rules to save your heroes. Screw them!

I've started running a Tomb of Annihilation campaign in Shadowdark, and the map needs a ton of work (hundreds of hexes with a 5% chance of something happening? Just no). You've inspired me to check for extra points of interest as i go about making the map more manageable and playable

Great video and you should make some 4AD content I run a lite campaign with some friends and we get such a kick from it I can only imagine how your play throughs go!
