how do the villagers sleep? dont they always have eye contact to the zombie?
@forgerMC11 күн бұрын
@@idontthinkso9647 the carpet and iron trap door are what make the villagers sleep briefly. It breaks their line of sight with the zombie to sort of reset the farm and actually allow the iron golems to spawn quicker
@Funnyvideoloop11 күн бұрын
It's an amazing video but is it necessary to build a platform above the zombie ?? because iron golem spawn down not on the platform above the zombie .
@forgerMC11 күн бұрын
It depends where you build it. If you build it on the ground it’s not really necessary because they spawn on the ground and it just gives another spot for iron golems to spawn. If you build the farm high up in the air however, it is necessary because it will be the only place iron golems can and will spawn. The trapdoor above the zombie is necessary in both instances tho

Idk how people leave their animals in wooden gated pens. I had wolves destroy the wooden faence and kill my sheep once and I've been making stone gates ever since
@forgerMC19 күн бұрын
That’s really strange. Wolves can’t destroy fences unless it’s some kind of mod. Most likely the fences either burned from something like a lightning strike or other fire source or a creeper blew them up. Functionally tho fences are the same as walls

Looks good! How long does it take a shorn sheep to regrow its fleece?
@forgerMC19 күн бұрын
It’s more dependent on how long it takes for the grass block to grow back. That’s why you want to have as many grass blocks touching the center one as possible. Once the sheep has some grass to eat tho I’d say within 2 minutes the sheep will eat it

@forgerMCАй бұрын
Glad you gave mine a chance. I’ve been considering a server. Lmk the details
@combak2712Ай бұрын
Not bad! Did you consider a making a solid wall of Pale Oak Logs, and moving that with pistons? While that requires more logs, it cuts down on the number of pistons required for harvesting the resin, since it will pop right off once the logs are moved, and creates a larger spawning area for the resin, so each Creaking can spawn more than one piece of resin per cycle.
@forgerMCАй бұрын
That’s actually a really good idea. I never considered that. I just designed a quick farm for the new update real quick. Might have to tweak it to produce some more

@forgerMCАй бұрын
@@linkskywalker1652 torches won’t prevent the spawning. You have to spawn proof everything around your farm with carpet or slabs if you built it underground. Building it above ground and high enough makes it so there isn’t any spawnable blocks around besides the ones in your farm
