I made it with 1lb of lamb, 16 oz, no beans and plain Jasmine rice. I also lcut everything almost in half except for onions and garlic. It was delicious!!!! If i did it exactly, it would probably taste even better.

Coconut nut aminos has salt, you don’t need extra salt. Additionally, the chimichurri sauce on the side has salt too. Thanks for watching
