in the sandwich tag situation, you dont even have to see that they jump your throw to tag, you can tag during throw startup regardless. kinda like old throw prc in strive except tagging doesn't cost shit lmao

Whats crazy to me as someone who picks up games over time, is that the lobbies went from newbies/casuals to dedicated research and lab heavy players very fast. I think this is just a modern game thing, but, I felt like I went to work for 2 days and logged on just to be bodied all night. Some real sharks out there!

This game actually has mmr in the lobbies so it could be the case that you just bodied ppl really hard on launch so they sent you to the grinder lobbies

@@AtlasEndures667 yeah in a recent video they mentioned when you join a lobby, you get put in a lobby of players around ur skill

@@AtlasEndures667they did confirm it. If you’re having trouble just leave the lobby and rejoin and the game should pair you to a lobby around your skill. Keep in mind that might not work as well because of the limited amount of players in the alpha.

mm i think is the kind of stuff the devs are looking for in the alpha, good job making a video on it and bringing it to everyone’s attention :) it would be cool for heavies to be balanced around these weaknesses. How heavies navigate their unique weaknesses is a large appeal for them. But ig we will have to wait and see what the dev team thinks.

As a nago player at the time that shit was so carried. the rps was incredibly nago favored since if you pressed a button you spaced non pot non nago throw but you were still in bite range. imagine skipping neutral into the least fair +0 situation in fighting games

I remember a few patches ago he was arguably a mid tier character agreed upon most of the population, sol is good but he is slow and he's stubby, gets zoned out in a few match ups and FD really shuts him down attempting to far slash.

I've never felt so overwhelmed with learning what I learned from this video. I always chalked it up to me having to ''git gud'' to solve Sol, but apparently the odds were always stacked against me. I joke with my scene that playing Nago means I played a boss character, but compared to him Sol is a freaking god. Great video but man do I feel deflated about my losses lol

it functions more like a standard 5H since its 15f startup rather than 10-12. theres also the extended hurtbox that can get you hit for using it too close to someone doing fast moves
