Would be interested to know, because you go to some places that are isolated are you ever a bit concerned about your safety ❤️

What a pleasure to discover this interview. I have spent many pleasurable hours curled up with Bill. I wish him well in his retirement.

the intrusive up and down piano makes it very difficult to relax and enjoy the interview

Loved stumbling across this nice video! Don’t prefer stiff official interviews but this was great! One of my favorite books, “The Life and Times of The Thunderbolt Kid”, is a tribute to America, in many ways better times and certain traits in people can strive to get back to! Very nostalgic even though I didn’t grow up here. Looking forward to the next chat!

In "The Lost Continent "Bryson says that he has never met anyone from Delaware. How surprised he must be about Biden!

why the background music exists in the first place? it is not adding anything.

Please. Pretty please with sugar on top.. ditch the music layer, it adds nothing and takes away so much.

A walk in the woods is a masterpiece. I have read it several times. The movie was a disappointment. Notes from a small island captured Britain before it fell apart. The Mother Tongue is encyclopedic and I am still reading/working on it. Thank you Bill Bryson your the modern Mark Twain.

It was funny and pretty good to me. I like the best a book A Road to a Little Dribbling.

Stumbled onto this video while looking for Bill interviews (after listening to his Shakespeare book). Thanks for sharing this. I saw the itinerary on your blog--looks like you made it back to London today? Always great to be back home. Best, Anthony.
