I found you ladies not long ago, and this episode is EXACTLY what I needed. I've gotten to where I get to make the "go back to the real job" or "make this work" phase.

Actually... Amy has given her blessing to WoVO to have our next conference (this October in Chicago) in the Faff style. Instead of limiting it to 100, we're stretching it to 139.

Not me currently narrating a 155k word audiobook; doing many sentences twice because, "did I say that word right" or doing a sentence 15 times because, "why can't I pronounce that word"! 🤣. I am so impressed with you ladies doing live directed sessions. That is amazing to me! Thanks for sharing.

LEAVE IT IN AMSTERDAM... that really is a great catch phrase. I love hearing more from actual Voice Talent that are in the trenches every day, like we are... and know the REAL... Having been in this industry since 2004..(yikes I am old)... and full time since 2013, relatable and real is my favorite stuff to hear/talk about. GREAT episode ladies!!!!! :). PS..lol totally relate to implant falling out on a Holiday no less...I just spent two weeks without a front tooth before a surgery and trying to navigate the F and S sounds...that has been CRAZY.

ANDY ROTH IS DA BOMB!!! I learned SO MUCH from Andy! He not only knows everything there is to know, he's that amazing kind of teacher that can meet you where you are and make it all make sense. My reads improve every time I work with him (and it's been too long since the last time!). If you see a class he's teaching, GET IN ON THAT!! You can thank me later.

The VORG was one of my first marketing resources. The first day after I had completed my commercial demo, I was like who the heck am I going to send and market it to? I did a Google search, and the SEO presented a wonderful concise resource guide; The VORG. Much appreciated and I have used it and recommended it ever since. Thanks, VORG Oh yeah, and SpeechLess!

Love your show! This was a great episode. It's nice to know that the clients, engineers, voice directors, etc. are chill and not expecting the talent to be without flaws. I think as talent, we sometimes feel that if we aren't perfect we will be blacklisted and hear "You'll never work in this town again". We're all human and I don't think any situation in a session would ruin your career. It can sure feel like it though!

I, like Natasha have been on V123 since 2006. I was always at top 10 percent. The lowest I ever got was top 20%. However I am now at top 50% and like Kim. Not so motivated to stay on the site at the 2200 level or even stay on it. I get very few auditions. Thank you for your honesty
