IIn 2024--still listening to this masterpiece of touching emotion, love lost, and of course that voice of JT Taylor is unsurpassed it's golden...So glad that he is still with on this earth. I love this song! I remember when I purchased this album on cassette, I would listen to this song over and over because of a break up I was going through. Such great memories this brings and I still listen to it often.

Yo compre el album "Emergencia" solo por las canciones Fresh y cherish pero al escuchar esta melodía vi que tenia un álbum inmortal que aun conservo. Los 80 fue otra epoca . El dia que muera quiero regresar ahi y quedarme para siempre

I'm 50 now, but my uncle (who's now 60) got me into JT KATG very early in the 80s. I've listened to them post 1980 for what is now most of my life. My Uncle Daryl still does although he's very ill atm. I'm constantly bombarding him with clips like this to remind him what an impact he had on me with his excellent music taste.

This song takes me somewhere back in time to a place where love was new and life was good and I thought it would always be.. but sadly 33 years later and I’m still stuck there and today I just go from day to day remembering the past the love the friends and the memories.. this song captures it all every feeling of hope and despair 😎🅰️👊💟

Thanks to all the KATG members now passed on...for this lovely ballad. The background vocals are perfect...and JT's Golden Voice makes this a song for the ages. Love that sax interlude.RIP Dennis--Also, its nice because the bass line is understated and just "blends in". Only one cover of this song is on youtube..they did a decent job, but how can you improve a bautiful song like this?
