I have it. In the beginning it worked well. But after 3 month, it has some issues, when I lock it. When using the door lock. It does not lock properly. Only when I turn the door knop to the right it is locked. If the door knop is turned to the left, it will still open the door. The app says, that the door us locked.

I wish you had shown the wires more closely. I wanted to see how many pins and wires were there in the connectors exactly.

Everytime I create a second no limit code, this last doesn't work. I cannot have two no limit codes active at the same time. Why?

Hello I bought a gimdow like this with smart keys (remote controller) and a common smart door sensor. Can they be linked so that the gimdow avoid to lock if the door is not fully shut? Do I have to buy a specific door sensor? I wanna avoid someone accidentally locks the gimdow with the smart key when the door is not fully shut yet because in that case the vertical deadbolts will come out hitting door frame and floor.

not good, shows wrong location, wrong notification, command doesn't work, support team isn't responsive. Also no remote listen-in option.

purchased jc400 in March 2021, and in November 2022 it stopped working because of a faulty sim housing. i have asked many electronic labs to fix it, and not one technician wants to touch it. i end up with more than 200 USD dash cam that doesn't work, it means that more than 200usd went to the trash. my advice to the buyers if you want to buy this cam buy a cam with a warranty and guarantee to make your money worth it.
