Asa former optician, your eye exam would seem to indicate some regression in your vision. Generally, everyone that gets lasik comes away at no less than 20/15 and many are at 20/10. So much better than 20/20 even. So if your eyes are now at -.25 your vision is now at around 20/30 not including your -.25 cylinder (astigmatisms. So your true acuity is somewhere around 20/35. This is of course still quite good compared to where you were before getting lasik of course. However, it's very likely that you may continue a slow regression and you will likely be needing glasses again. But the good news is that you won't need to be wearing glasses fulltime. Mainly for driving and other things at a distance.
