What's the name of the song

One of the difficult songs I had to find. It took me more than 10 years to find the actual song. I don’t know who sings it but at least I found the song. What a beautiful song

Let me share a story how difficult was it to find this song. So I found this song on Facebook from someone who has the actual yizo yizo sound track album. I had to beg him to export it to MP3 so I can get the full song. When I first heard on yizo yizo I fell in love with this song to a point I had to record it on my phone.
