Hello, I'm thinking of buying this sander. I'm looking for one to have more control as I sand. I am not confident with the larger belt sanders. Can this sander also be used on furniture? I have some wooden furniture I want to sand down and repaint. Is this sander suitable?

It's F'N infuriating to NOT be able to just buy a few kits to begin with and for certain applications.... Like we're supposed to memorize all of festool's item numbers to figure out the bits we do or don't need in a specific frame of time. SO ANNOYING

made in china... I think ill just go back to yellow and red tools for way cheaper. This is an extremely polarizing mistake made by festool, with high prices and chinese made products now? Prices were high enough when made in Germany/Czech but worth it to me, now no.

Yes, this product is manufactured in China, however, it follows Festool standard specifications and guidelines as any other power tools to make sure it provides high power and precision required for the specific job.

I'm 5'4" and this harness does NOT work for me. The part where the pole mounts is far too low on a short person and impedes movement. I regret buying this, actually. It seems designed with tall people in mind.
