Great My❤heart burned when I saw that film. 44 years ago I fell in love with Kristy in this film. Till today. Her charisma,coolness and at the same time so vulnerable. She would have deserved a prize gor her portrayal of Angel. To this day one of the most underrated coming of age films ever. And more relevant than ever. Great times. I adore you, Kristy Mc Nichol ❤

I remember seeing this in the movie theater back in 1980. Matt Dillon was so beautiful at 16, and he still is. Tatum O'Neal was good in this movie too, she also was really gorgeous 16.
