Thank you . Yes and no. It can reduce the inflammation associated with the ectopic fat but can’t reduce the fat per se

Every topic is explained very well. However it all boils down to what we eat . Eat foods made from the five positive millets. They are Foxtail Kodo Little Barnyard and Browntop Millets. Permanently quit eating Rice Wheat Maida Milk Sugar Jaggery Honey Dry fruits, processed foods, eggs and non vegetarian food. Please understand, the above mentioned five positive millets are not for people who have ailments but also for the so called healthy people. Padma Shri Dr.Khader Valli said " If the food is correct, no need of medicine. If the food is wrong then medicine is of no use '

🎯 Key points for quick navigation: 00:00 *🌱 Understanding Diabetes from a Pathophysiological Perspective* - Discusses diabetes from an ectopic fat perspective. - Defines diabetes as an imbalance between insulin resistance and insulin production. - Explores types of diabetes and their pathophysiological mechanisms. 02:10 *📉 Pathogenesis of Type 2 Diabetes: Insulin Resistance vs. Insulin Production* - Details scenarios where insulin resistance exceeds insulin production. - Explains how insulin resistance and beta cell function impact blood glucose levels. - Discusses the stages of diabetes progression from pre-diabetes to advanced type 2 diabetes. 10:32 *🕰️ Misunderstandings in Treating Type 2 Diabetes* - Critiques the timing of diabetes treatment initiation. - Emphasizes the importance of addressing diabetes risks during pre-diabetes. - Highlights the focus on microvascular versus macrovascular complications in treatment strategies. 14:13 *🍔 Role of Ectopic Fat in Type 2 Diabetes* - Explores ectopic fat deposition in liver, pancreas, and adipose tissue. - Links ectopic fat to insulin resistance and beta cell dysfunction. - Defines visceral fat's role in diabetes pathogenesis and complications. 22:57 *🌍 Ectopic fat migration and its consequences* - Ectopic fat migration leads to deposition in various organs like liver, pancreas, and brain. - This migration causes lipotoxicity and organ-specific insulin resistance. - Chronic inflammation results from ectopic fat, contributing to diabetes complications. 24:06 *🔄 Understanding the Randle cycle and insulin resistance* - The Randle cycle explains how excess fatty acids induce insulin resistance. - Cells preferentially use fatty acids over glucose, promoting insulin resistance. - Mitochondrial dysfunction ensues from the overload of fatty acids, exacerbating complications. 26:26 *🧠 Impact of ectopic fat on organ dysfunction* - Ectopic fat deposition in organs like liver, pancreas, and heart leads to dysfunction. - Specific consequences include metabolic syndrome, heart failure, and kidney disease. - Understanding these impacts highlights the critical role of managing ectopic fat in preventing complications.
