If anyone is still playing this game and are struggling to get the 100 souls, here is how I did it. Play through the game until you get to the level where you get the Dead Man's Chest (the chest with the heart of Davy Jones in it). Near the end of that level is a fight with some of the crew of the Flying Dutchman. They spawn endlessly, so you can keep killing them for shrunken heads. This is a pain to do because of your AI controlled ally (in this game they slowly lose health and eventually die when fighting an endless battle), so you can fix that by opening up a door to a cave area, switching to them, and putting them in the cave before the door closes again. It's awkward to do but it is possible. With your AI buddy safe behind the door, you can farm souls as much as you need to. Make sure you throw away any grenades/bombs the enemies drop, as these will explode and kill you if you activate the soul taking mode too close to one. Also, I think you need to keep the boss enemy alive as well, so it's best to avoid them. I hope this helps someone.

Coming back to this track after a long time, it’s weird because there was some ambient tracks in Elden Ring that I always thought felt familiar. Especially in Leyndell for those who’ve played. Coming back here by coincidence kind of confirmed to me that the music reminded me of this. And I suppose it makes sense, they use similar instruments and a somber tone, naturally they carry some similarities but it’s specifically with this track and Leyndell that it reminds me of it. Especially with the hints of flutes in this track being echoed by the Pages in Leyndell who play their own flutes. Our minds are very interesting in how connections like that can be made. So now it’s a weird situation of this random Pirates of the Caribbean game child me played, being associated with out of all things, Elden Ring.

Is there an extended version of this soundtrack perhaps? In tortuga during the rum smuggling sub mission the extended variant is playing. This one is the short version.

The theme song is in the scene where you're doing the mini-game and there's just a short song. If you're looking for the long version, that's soundtrack 80 part.
