Wow...these costumes suck. Miina Ootsuki at 3:08 is probably the best,mainly because well..it looks different than your regular school uniforms and stuff. I agree with Mitzi Rocker,this would suck if I were one of these girls.

+SinisterSnake By presumption that you watched the video you're by the way of this last comment commenting on, I'd say you've been watching a summation of all the 'magical' transformations of creating a Miina from the anime Getsumen to Heiki Mina, just as the title & description of video describe. Maybe you did also hear the Japanese comment of each of these transformations. If you wanna know more I suggest you'd watch the anime as a whole. It's only 11 episodes long so you should be able to do that in 1 day. It's a scifi comedy, so you might consider it funny.

Getsumen Heiki Miina are a spinoff from a live action drama, Densha Otoko. The protagonist of Densha Otoko basically is a fan of this show.

3:39 that girl has a copied transformation sequence for a reason. My guess is that the animator is mocking her backstory. For those who do not know, she was a fan of the lunar rabbits and wanted to be one herself, only resulting in herself being humiliated. She finally became one when learning that her mother was also a Minna.

This is so true. As much as I love Okama's drawing style, most of the character designs are pretty lazy. Too bad, actually, there are four Minnas with unique designs who never had any serious plot connections, thus never had transformations. Their transformations would look so cool.
