Firstly, yes - it is official, and even has a storyboard. And it's pretty obvious now that Rosie wasn't good to begin with, and just played a role to earn Charlie's trust, while Alastor tries to find a way to use Charlie for his own means, to set himself free and pay back for all the humilation

He leased his soul to her. He's supposed to get it back if he completes whatever task she wants, like indentured servitude. I'm guessing the task is either longer and more onerous to complete than expected, or something that he can't or won't do no matter what.

@@almas4663 The deal he made with her while on Earth was pretty clear in that his soul was only hers until he completed some task, which she didn't identify at that time much like his deal with Charlie. Nothing about their interaction indicates that he was tricked or lied to or didn't know what he was getting into (on the contrary she was impressed with how well prepared he was for Hell, having apparently invented a way to talk to Hell from Earth through radio which required him to kill for sacrifices to make it work which might be the motivation behind all his murders)

Lilith didn't make sense because I think he would have interacted differently with Charlie if that were the case. And not enough information yet to even be worth speculating Roo or Eve.
