can i make i interactive pdf(indesign) with hyperlink or qr code with youtube videos? or it just works for blog etc for comercial purposes?

It will only work with 'publish online' (not interactive PDF). QR code works both ways since it's an array of pixels and can be scanned easily. Hope this helps?
