Hi Callum, I love your videos... they are so inspiring. I have been on your path in the past and reached great success. I have more than a thousand books in my house. I've read most of them. But I got smart by starting to listen to books while I go to the gym or do remedial tasks. I found out that I was wasting a lot of valuable time sitting in my bed or on the couch reading for hours when I could have been more productive. Yes, continue to read but listen to the books that inspire you. I bet the one that you are reading right now was done audibly by Tony Robbins himself. Try it! You will be surprised as to how much more you can get done.

Untill the age of 57 i did not possess a mobile phone of any sort, nor did i have an ipad or laptop. Never understood why people were staring at that screen and wondered what new they kept seeing every time they grabbed that thing. Then i bought one. Iphone. I took my brains 3 weeks to get hooked. I was shocked. The algorithms make it worse. They make your phone being loaded with subjects that vaguely or more have your intrest. Curious as i am, i watch and read. And forget again. In the meantime books are waiting to be read and dishes piling up. I don’t take a phone with me when i go out and about. I don’t, as young people here, stare on it riding my bike or walking around a shop. Still, it’s not healthy. A part of the issue is that it’s a very handy item.

Callum, great video. I wish i had thought like you did when i was your age. Well done. You gave me an idea. I am a 23-year survivor of Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. 6 year survivor of multiple myeloma . I am on a page with others who have this. It's two forms of blood cancer. I have not had to have treatment in 20 years. People are scared. I am too not as bad. Stay positive! That's half of the battle. You're page gave me that idea. Cancer now is not a death sentence. Good luck, Callum.

Really there is now ideal dosage. Its arbitary it depends on your blood level to begin with. I'd say optimal blood level 110 to 180 nm/l. Depending on your calcium and phospate levels. It should also ge noted that high bolus doses causes a decrease it blood d as body goes into panic and stops absorbing. Little and often is better.

they sure do. Woke up one morning with horrible bed hair and instead of combing I decided to buzz my hair off. Best decision I made. Aged me up a few years and looked more manly. I started growing a beard and it added to the look too.

You must take magnesium and zinc supplements for you to fully metabolise D3 at the dosage your taking, else the D3 will not give you the benefits it could.
