this actually brought a tear to my eye when we were filming it and it still does every time I see it, bearing in mind that we actually interviewed a Woman who related her story to us on the street one day

What a moving performance, even without knowing the back story. I'd forgotten Kristofferson was kind to her when an audience booed her. Her voice is ethereal here and so expressive.

Noice 👍. Wonder if that tank was not there how different would it be? Is that tank insulated? And would you think standard heating system pump could feed this in to underfloor?
@mickdaniels1Ай бұрын
The tank is well insulated with 50mm of foamed in place polyurethane, I don't see any reason a standard pump controlled by a thermostat could not feed to underfloor

@@mickdaniels1 Do you mind me asking the cost of it? I want to try stick this in to glass greenhouse and stick mirror under to reflect heat to the bottom of these tubes. Just for experiment, who knows it may become a supplementary ufh in combination with combi oil boiler system. Do you get any use out of it? Thanks for response and have a prosperous 2025!

This is only half true. The Bank of England does have a lot of power and little accountability. BUT the Conservative government put zero pressure on the BoE to increase base rate for years, which ultimately lead to the explosion we saw in Liz Truss's budget. In reality, rates should have already been slowly rising for a good two-three years prior to that budget, but the Conservatives were happy to keep debt artificially cheap and kick the can down the road, just like the BoE were, so both to blame really. But that does cause a problem for voters, because the government and BoE will just blame each other and no one is truly accountable.

The all the serve the Crown so obviously the Crown control things who owns the Crown? who controls the bank of England?
@mickdaniels1Ай бұрын
Very good question, my opinion is that the bank of international settlements controls central banks in the western world
@NeilMelling-pw6tsАй бұрын
@mickdaniels1 bank of international settlements is still a part of the pyramid but not the top take your pick between the Vatican or organised international jewry

It's incredible that people still think our country is run by the people we vote for and elect - it might look that way but your money, property and liberty are loaned too you and you are product to be used and capitalised upon.

I travelled Australia a few times. The last time I was there, as a Cork man, I had to go to Old Cork. It’s not exactly on the beaten track, but the track was certainly beaten 😊. My missus still thinks we were mad driving all the way down there to see it. We even got to see real dinosaur prints nearby. 👍

What was Old Cork like
@moldav92 ай бұрын
@@mickdaniels1in all fairness, there isn’t much there. An old abandoned home and a little campsite on the river. There is also a place called Cork (Shorthorn Cross) a working cattle station. There’s an East Cork and Midleton as well nearby. It’s what they call Matilda Country, Waltzing Matilda was wrote in a hotel in Winton as far as I know, and the setting really brings that song to life. The drive down was great. Shortly after dawn, down a corrugated red dirt road with kangaroos bouncing along beside the van. Lark Quarry nearby houses some perfectly preserved dinosaur footprints.
