Good afternoon. I agree that’s it’s good to take yourself on trips, to concerts, out to a nice dinner and to a casino. And I can testify that you are a young lady that lands on her feet. I guess your mind does wander and ask you where do I go next and you land on your feet. Thank you for giving the definition of exactly what soft girl means. Again thank you for all the great information and I’ll look forward to what’s coming next week. Thank you Miss Loving Sheila.

Very valid point to love on the person you’re with, and not on the ghost of the person you were previously with. Even after spinning the block the second time around relationship deserves a fresh start. Not allowing old triggers to torment you. Every relationship, whether it be new or old deserves to be, rejuvenated ,revised, and given a genuine fresh start and a clean slate. Going into it with an open mind and being optimistic that you will achieve exactly what your heart desires. Great podcast.🙌🏾🙏🏽❤️ Thank you

This was a podcast with a lot of good information/advice. Sometimes we’re in a situation/or relationship where we have been controlled and emotionally abused or drained that we do not realize the unhealthy situation we’re in. However we realize that something doesn’t feel good but again we don’t want to ruffle any feathers so we just say WTH and don’t put forth any effort to get help or start standing up for ourselves. We just think why try to change the situation now I’ve been doing the same thing for years and actually being a pulpit and being disrespected and controlled 24/7. Trying to change things at this point will only cause more emotionally abuse. But we need to realize, I’m not a child that needs direction or need or want another adult controlling me. We are adults and can make up our mind 24/7 WTH we want/need to do to live a happy life. Maybe it means this is not where I need to so let me find myself and start again being my own person and not a dang pulpit. I think you made very good decisions. Maybe it took you a bit longer than it should have but you’re in the healing process. God will be with you as you go through this. I enjoy your podcast. I can see your progress. Continue on the road you are currently traveling. Always remember God is traveling with you every step of the way. God Bless.

Great content, I think Bishop Jones ministered on the fact of being strong enough to take it and stay but not strong enough to leave or let go. I love the five points to recognize emotional abuse. 👍🏾👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I can relate you are 100% correct about how we fantasize about certain things and experiences in our lives. The take away for me is turn my fantasies into my realities. For example I admire several couples relationships on social media. These couples appear to laugh quite a bit and seems to have a carefree life. Because I love to laugh I often look at their stories and interactions and fantasize about having a carefree, lightweight relationship, such as their. You gave the answer instead of spending time fantasizing about other couples relationships. I need to be more focused on pivoting in my own relationship. I need to figure out how to bring my fantasy into fruition. PeriodTT.

I think everyone is working on reactions we feel from other people. Some reactions make you wonder if this person should be on the journey with me. That’s when you k ow that you are aware of what people contribute to you or what they take away from you and if the things make you happy and smile then there’s a great possibility that it’s good. Bottom line is like you said you must take care of yourself first and love yourself. People all over hav

As a loving, kind, nurturing person why can’t we give ourselves the same grace by extending the same love to ourselves. I love it, I will focus more on me by loving ,being kind and being intentional to nurture my spirit. I am worth it and I deserve that and I owe that to myself. Great job SheShe.🥰🙏🏾🙌🏾

Lovin Sheila. First of all I’m very sorry that someone had to bring an upsetting message from the past. Apparently an uncaring person whom ever it might be We all are aware of how hard you’ve been working to work your way through something’s that you have gone on in your life and you are trying to work your way through this. I can understand being angry but I’m proud that you will not take it out on a new relationship. Like you said relationships should make you happy Some can be very disrespectful in relationships but by Gods grace you will find a good man and be happy. Like you said be angry and sin not. Set your own personal boundaries and continue your counseling. It seems that it’s helping you a lot. It’s just the craziness that people are bringing to you after the fact. WHY? I don’t understand why anyone would even think about bringing negative and hurtful things to you and disrupt your peace. No one will ever know how hard it’s been for you and how much you have endured. The people bringing the hurtful Bull S*** up to you, put them whoever they are” Put them your Hello, and Good bye list. See them and say Hello, take care, Good bye. Only conversation for them. Keep up the good work Congratulations on getting more people listening to your podcast. Great news. God bless. Keep up the good stuff

Never in your life time feel ashamed. You are a wonderful single parent and you take good care of that young man. Never ever feel that you need to cover anything up. No cover up for Miss Lovin Sheila. Your therapist gave you excellent information. No failure, no cover up and no shame. Keep loving Sheila because God wants that for you. Now that you’ve gone through it then now you know what to tolerate and what not to tolerate. God has you in his loving arms. You are going to help a lot of women with your podcast. You’re putting out good information and keep the podcast going Miss Sheila. You are working through this. Continue the outstanding podcast and continue speaking from the heart. God bless you for being able to talk about your past life. Re program and keep moving on. Proud of you Miss Lovin Sheila.

Again a great short#15. You can give a lot of thought in a short period of time Miss Sheila. Plus you must have a counselor that you trust and that is a good thing number 1. Connection has to be number one. You have to check in sometimes to say hi and just to make sure things are going well. Financial support is always very important but as you stated and I agree 💯 that emotionally support is more challenging than financial support. We need to see the other person in our life doing well. Our connection has to be one of the bigger parts for sure. Continue doing great podcast Ms. Lovin Sheila. I truly believe that you are actually helping more folks than the ones that respond. Fight on! Don’t stop. God bless. I’ll be waiting for the next one.

Great episode and points. Share your inner fears and thoughts and concerns with someone that will be empathetic towards you. They should have the ability to empathize with you and not minimize what u are going through. Great tagline. Also, I like the point of focusing on real self care and not superficial self-care. Lovin Sheila podcast. I got you. Beautiful flowers. My brother Abraham's favorite color. We’ve all lost something along the way because people, places and things all change in our life time. I agree that peace is more important in our lives than material things. You are very strong to be able to Lu e through the hurt and pain and trust in God. Yes God has you and he wants your focus to stay on him because there is nothing God can’t do. He’s the same yesterday, today and forever. No man, woman, boy, or girl will ever live up to that. Continue your hiking because that makes you feel good and it’s peaceful. You will be in a happy place. Just keep praying and going forward and don’t even think about throwing in the towel. You are a soldier in the army of God. Keep pushing and yes you will reach every goal that you make. What is valuable? PEACE is valuable. God bless you and I’m proud to walk this journey with you and glad you know that there are provisions, love, peace and happiness at the end of the journey. Keep trusting God and he will provide.

This has truly been a long journey and I’m so proud to see all the great improvement. I like the break through, moving forward, you never gave up through the heartbreak and pain. Like you say all that glitters is not gold. You recognized your weakness and with Gods grace and love you’re finding the happiness and peace that you need, want and deserve. Whatever you list that was so precious to you I’m glad it was right under your feet in your bedroom. Happy to know that things are coming together and your life if more peaceful. A lady on FB stated that as a female she is so happy being by herself and not counting on anyone for her happiness. I think you e learned the lesson that you are responsible to find your own happiness. So many people talk that talk but don’t walk that walk. So the hell with fake folks. Continue to focus on yourself and enjoy your life. Do whatever, whenever and make Sheila happy. I’m so happy you trust God and you believe that God can do everything. He is not a man that will lie like these human demons walking around talking a bunch of you know what. Merry Christmas and as TD Jakes said Get Ready, Get Ready for 2024. You are a blessing and you will be blessed. God has a miracle waiting for you. Until you speak to us again. Be safe and keep working on YOU.

I like that Mike. Listen to Sheila loud and clear and find the place you belong. Love, Joy, Peace and Happiness will be yours in the precious name of our Lord and Savior. It’s good to be nice but sometimes nice people get stomped in the ground God wants you to be happy. People that judge put them on your Good Byr list, wave 👋 at them and keep on doing you my precious one. I love this podcast and I’m walking with you all the way on this. Make LovinSheila Happy and live your life the way you choose and not the way someone else think you should. They need to mind their own business. Preached a great sermon. Fight On. BAM 💥

Great Epiphany, Guess what as mom's, wives, sisters, daughters our lives matter also. Great job, we all have to take charge of our happiness. Because trust me people will always make sure that they're happy and they're OK. Likewise we have to pursue happiness as individuals for ourselves. That's my take away, I too, plan on being intentional and doing that for myself as well as I continue on this journey with you. I hope I will be as brave as you are being for yourself. And showing up for myself every day.

So happy that you are back. I missed your podcast. I always get good information from every one of the podcast. I’m enjoying the journey with you. I can see a lot of growth. For me this is like getting some excellent counseling from the journey that you are going through. Looking forward to happiness and Joy. I don’t think people realize how much strength it takes to pull your own self out of a dark place mentally. It takes a very strong person to do that. But I know we can trust in God in times of stress and worry. I like how you added the driving down the muddy road and getting stuck in the mud for an hour when you had a choice of taking the paved road and continuing your journey with no problems. Sometimes we take the wrong turn, the wrong road in life but by the grace of God and prayers you came out of the mud and continued your journey without looking in the rear view mirror. I need to focus on the windshield and not my rear view mirror. Listening to your podcast is like listening to a good sermon because you tell the good and the bad. That’s what life is all about and we make it through by the grace of our awesome God that we serve. No one can stop what God is about to do in your life. I pray that Gods hand will never cease to help you. Thank you 🙏 for taking the time to help others. I love you. God bless you and will be looking forward to the next sermon and great advice.

It’s wonderful to hear that you feel like Superwoman and I’ll be with you on this journey. There are adjustments that I too need to make in my life.
