My girlfriend and I started a “volleyball club”. Our goal is to spread the game of volleyball in our area (in the mountains of Virginia) so it’s all grass. Don’t have the means and resources aka money to really try our luck for indoor stuff bc the parks and rec is pretty established. Our first outdoor tourney is next month and it’s just about full. The next goal is try to get the high schoolers or “juniors” involved in outdoor. Bc in our area there is no established outdoor volleyball we are trying to change that. So my question is: what suggestions would you have for us to attempt to get girls/boys involved in outdoor volleyball? P.S. no organized mens volleyball in the Highschools in our area
