what if the only light on the control is "Add cleaner"

My Whirlpool under counter ice maker is about 2 years old and I've cleaned it regularly. It has suddenly stopped making ice, except when fast ice is on. It will make ice when I put it on the fast ice setting, but if fast ice is turned off the ice melts and it doesn't make ice. As soon as I turn fast ice on, it starts working again, what could be causing this issue?

i always used 9 inch mo hair rollers for steel doors. and we mixed alittle mineral spirts in are paint too and sometimes would put a cap full of naphtha in it to make it dry faster. ive done hundreds of fire doors like this and the first few i know didnt look that great to someone who knows what there looking for lol
