I kinda miss Hope County a lot. Honestly compare to Yara(Far Cry 6) it feels more atmospheric than Yara. However I’m a fan of Latin-American countries too. I miss Hammock Soundtrack. I miss Far Cry 5s CARS LIST IT STILL THE BEST FAR CRY GAME TOWARDS VEHICLE SELECTION. And I wish Far Cry 6 had similar Economic to far cry 4/5. Reason Al chooses not to let her personality construct into the AI is because it would be detrimental to the survival of her. The AI knows her. get into control of her and Johnny then she may crash in the AI may fail. It’s almost like a survival mechanism.

The long answer is yep, it kills you, replaces you with an AI that then goes out and lives your life with your memories, desires, wants, needs, ultimately as stated before, once V connects to the subnet and Mikoshi, they are fried, the plan as explained by Alt is they will then send the engram of V back into his body to go forward, though it's very quickly stated how unfortunately this won't be successful, as the relic has done its job very well, Vs body is now primed and set for Johnny to take the reins, hence the two choices. Let Johnny's Engram take over fully and complete the original plan of the relic. Hence, the body will live on with Johnny's engram in control, and V can become data like the other engrams in Mikoshi and mould with the AI that has latched onto Alt, she will return to beyond the blackwall, with all this accumulated data!!! Or the engram of V can reclaim his body, except he only has a few months to live before the body shuts down, because as I said before, the relic has physically changed Vs Brain structure and.what not to accommodate and allow Johnny Engram complete control. So, to answer your question simply, Alt, Johnny, V, Saburo, they are all dead, the engrams are AIs with their data. Interesting point for everyone, the reason the AIs want to breach the blackwall is because One, they are ever evolving and growing, but when push comes to shove they are still data, ones and zeros and like data, need space, it's possible they are trying to find more space and freedom, hence the want to breach the Blackwall Ai Second, they fear humans as much as we fear them because when push comes to shove, humans can do a lot of damage to them if they bomb the servers where they once resided or as project crynosure shown, can capture them, Netwatch propaganda would have you believe the AIs are hungry and evil, which in a way they are, but in truth I think they just want to survive.
