I am currently pursuing MRPP in Uganda. Is there a link that we can use to access such learning videos

I'd say Rwanda is a mix out of an increasing nanny state political model and an declining developmental state economic model, it is in sice, comperative neighbourhood, and political system mor comparable to Singapore then to the EADS countries like Japan etc. My problem with Ruanda is also yes there is a catching up processto the west, eadt but the EADS is more integrated into the whole international sphere by the flying geese model passing obsolete economic sectors down and slowly following each other up the economic diversification ladder. On the other Hand I think Rwanda is the best example of an well implemented DS system in the whole of this Continent, following the example of EA best. What's do you think? Who is the national economy which allows Rwanda the catching up process?
