I will say this: I feel like the 4th movie won’t be as good as the third, and it’s mostly going to be from the hype around Shadow, and with Eggman possibly not going to be in the third movie (because of Jim wanting a break or whatnot, who knows), and the plot of the movie won’t be based on any popular “game” rather than CD and the comics. Not saying Metal and Amy aren’t hyped characters (I love them), but I think it’ll be hard to get any better. They do however have enough movies to know what sticks and what doesn’t (needing to add more screen time to the Sonic characters, having a longer movie to create longer and a better paced film, and having cool fight scenes to top it off, as well as getting rid of some cringey humor while adding some more ‘out of pocket’ ones), they have a large enough fanbase who loves this movie franchise to figure something out, and as well as the budget. I’m definitely thinking that Silver won’t be in the 4th movie. Most likely either the 5th if the 4th goes well in the post credit scenes, since I see Silver being the person who tries to clean up the aftermath of what Metal, Amy, Sonic, and an extra mystery character have caused. . . Speaking of, I really think that the Sonic franchise will end after Silver appears, but that’s just my opinion.

I don't know if Sonic 4 is a good movie since 4 is like the curse of Spiderman 4 and when Toy Story 4 came out it didn't have much support and in Sonic 4 I don't know in Mexico it wasn't as popular as The film was not of interest to parents, only to young people and children of the Sonic fandom.
