President Nelson said (loosely paraphrased) "The way you think about who you are Affects every decision you'll ever make." Therefore, the way you think about who you are Shows in every decision you'll ever make. When you know you're a child of God, with unlimited potential, it can shows in your behavior. Want to feel good? Consistently make good choices. Bad choices build up bad feelings inside, good choices build up good feelings inside. When you're not behaving true to who you are meant to be, your spirit feels bad inside. You'll never feel good about making bad choices.

I first saw one of Elder Castleton’s raps in June of 2024, while recuperating from an injury. I sent several of his raps to my 17 year old granddaughter. She replied with, “He’s my new fav”. Not only is he musically talented, but he presents his raps with a growth mindset. That is something we ALL need right now, but especially young people. He says his favorite is whatever his most recent rap is, but my all-time favorite is the one he did for Easter.

Thank you for sharing your inspiring story. You are amazing! I bet your mom is so proud of you. I've suffered with a lot of different problems. It's been difficult. I'm interested to know where you got help for your mental health if you are willing. If not, that is okay. Best wishes. Much love. 💕

Thank you so much for sharing this story. Peace in this Journey comes as we trust in our individual walk with God. Wading through deep waters of life struggles binds us to Christ. You are amazing in my eyes. May you feel that Joy and assurance as you continue in the long road ahead of you.

Thinking this way, for me, gives a whole new outlook on physical death... People always think im insensitive when i say how lucky it is for that person who has just passed away.... And also how i always say "i cant wait till its my turn to go"....i mean, Really, how can someone not be happy to go back home!?

Oh man, I literally am going through this right now. I completely love my husband. I am fighting for our marriage to work out in the millennium. We are still talking and are choosing to be kind to each other. We have a set of twins in the next life and I so desperately want him to help me raise them.

Thank you for sharing your strength and story Crista! ❤ It’s so amazing to see someone go through so much struggle, over and over. And yet, through your long and lonely journey… one that’s been so difficult, you still trust in Heavenly Father! It’s beautiful that you have sought to find the good in this trial and have seen your own personal growth through it all. I hope we can all have the same FAITH and ATTITUDE!

I loved this topic. I believe there is much untapped potential in every person and hypnotherapy is a tool to help release it. I believe it can help us wortk through past experiences that hold us back. I'm looking forward to my first session. I had heard and studied this years ago and never followed through. I'm ready now so thanks for the reminder.

Thank you for this episode it was wonderful. Could anyone give me some information on what book he was referring to when he said words of wisdom book ? There are a lot out there with that title . Was it the one that was taken out of the Bible ? Just not sure and would love to read the one Vinny is referring to Thank you and love to you all ♥️🙏

I recently returned to the church and my eyes have been open to what I needed since I left. I have gained a a peacefulness and contentedness that whatever I am going through Heavenly Father is watching over me and my Savior is feeling my pain for me. It's strange in this economy and especially in this world that I feel content and at peace. But I just have to give it all to God. I testify that our Heavenly Father created us in His image and gave us His Son as an example and a testament to His love for us.

Crista, I'm so proud of your ability to endure through these trials and through faith in our Lord. You are an inspiration. I have compassion and empathy. I've been sick since ten and have suffered both physically and more mentally. Sometimes I've wanted to give up, but I've been told I can't give up. I wouldn't be here without my parents and my faith. I haven't always gotten answers, but I try to keep going. I love you sweetheart, and I know soon the Lord's miracles will be here for you and me. I'm glad you have a husband who cares about you. What a blessing. You are precious! ❤️❤️❤️ I'm alone now, and there aren't many that understand. I understand however. 🌺

Crista, I'm sure you are going to get a hundred recommendations of what you should do, but I have to highly recommend Dr Brooke Goldner. She cured herself of lupus 18 years ago and is now helping others with chronic disease. She has helped with a lot of different diseases. She's on KZbin, Instagram, Facebook. All her info is out there for free but is available to work with you personally if needed. I feel like it's so cliche to say she's amazing but she truly is amazing and has helped so many!

Hi Christa. I'm not sure if the information/lifestyle would be of help, but I think it's worth a try. Look into McKayla Peterson and the carnivore diet and others, like Dr Ken Berry. Do your own research. Many people have experienced tremendous results. Try for 30 days and see what happens I really pray and hope this information blesses you life Much love and prayers in your behalf❤❤❤
