So great to hear him cover an Isley Brothers tune - it is rarely talked about, just how much he was influenced by them. He talked about it in a very old interview, their importance and influence on his music and sound. And, it is so obvious. This is gorgeous.

Andrew was a great guy, fun, loyal friend - but, honestly, George was dripping with charisma which, while Andrew is a good looking man, that charisma was not there. Seems though Andrew found a life for himself that has made him content, something GM never really did unless he was in the studio or when performing live but, sometimes people with such outsized talent and an insane amount of self-awareness and awareness of the world have difficulties finding contentment and/or peace. That awareness can be a blessing and very much a curse.

Is this George Michael... really??? Sorry but it sounds kind of strange...
