I always say one person‘s food can be one person‘s poison and what works for one may not work for the other and may make the third person worse, don’t feed lions leaves and don’t feed giraffes meat😜😝😜

Hello Daz. I just wanted to come over after watching your TVA video. I'm someone who struggles with hypermobility and a weak TVA and a very bad gait-posture-sitting posture. Your TVA video is one of a kind. I really felt that. And to know that it possibly can help me walk better without my stomach sticking out is really great news. I've been trying to heal it through many hamstring, piriformis, back, hip flexor stretches but couldn't seem to get it any easier. I've been working on the muscles around the hips quite a bit as well, strengthening hip flexors, hams, glutes (medius, mostly). Do you have any extra tips on how to attack that sciatica? My right leg is super tingly, especially the area right above the buttock. It radiates down to my right hamstring and knee. My hamstrings are pretty tight but I can't get a proper stretch to get rid of the tightness as all the stretches hit my knee instead, which then results in immense pain due to the nerve being under tension. I would love to hear your advice. Also, no biggie if you don't have any tips as it's a pretty broad issue of mine but I just wanted to let you know that you're doing amazing stuff and this video right here is just a confirmation. Music is amazing as well, great taste :D Wow this became a wall of text haha. Anyway, carry on mate!

Great video but there is a part of my brain that just can't do this- maybe it is also why I can't swim or can't drive a stick shift.Please help me- Thanks

Hi jennmooney, Yes, some people can't activate certain muscles (or chain of muscles through Fascia) due to some form of trauma either emotional or physical. Even scars can either deactivate or over-facilitate muscles, mums who have had C-sections experience this all the time. Your best bet is to find either a Neurokinetic Therapist (NKT) or Kinesiologist who has experience in brain integration. They can help bring these muscles 'back online'. Be patient and stay positive during this process as emotions play a big part in body function. :-)

Thanks for the great video. To those just beginning these core exercises... always remember to start out slow, building up gradually over the course of a few weeks.

Great..thank you! how much water did you add to the slow cooker to cook the bones please?
@TotalReformation

HI Maddymc58. We usually use about 1.5 - 2 liters. During the simmering phase some of the water is evaporated which leaves us with about a liter of broth (that lasts us a week). It also will depend on the size of your slow cooker, I think ours is a 5 liter pot. Have a play around with measurements and see what works best for you :-)

I completely agree. There is way too many 'band aid' approach solutions out there. Finding the root cause is paramount for repair and true health. thank you for commenting.
