I don’t want to break it!!! The plastic bends and warped inward when I push hard on the bottom of the circle but it looks like the top half is secured and not moving at all. So the bottom is just getting bent inward and would snap and break off before the top moved if it is secure. I don’t want to force it open and then turns out it’s not how it works and I just forced the plastic to snap instead!

@@sifelysupport1430 I am not happy with this reply, it’s too vague to answer anything and I’m not contacting you through other means. I shouldn’t have to tell you that your product needs looked at. Anyone without long thin fingernails won’t be able to save their life in an emergency, so you should fix that before claiming your product is at all going to perform when needed. Regardless of fixing it, I just want a detailed explanation on how to open it along with a cartoon pic in the instructions for back up and a section of the video showing you how to open it.

I figured it out by myself, no thanks to the support on here: you have to get something really thin behind the top of the cap what they’re calling a “tap” and pry down and towards you. So essentially it’s designed for your finger to push on the eject symbol but that actually makes it harder to function appropriately. It’s designed to function when you pull it towards you but you have to fit something paper thin between the gap of the cap and safe and then pull. You should have us twist the cap so it’s isn’t held into a slot or make it magnetic like your door handle. It might be harder for kids to realize it’s a key hole to easily steal their parents weapons but I don’t care about that small benefactor when it takes away my likely hood to save my life or my loved ones. The key hole should work for anyone not just for a special tool that isn’t provided. A key for the key hole is stupid. I don’t have nails but that’s not my problem. Many adult males don’t have thin enough nails to do this without a tool like a simple sheet of paper

Yes it does. It also tells you the % your battery is at. I've had mine for almost a year and it's at 80%.

you'd better get that lock off your rental, it wlil allow anyone who wants to waltz in it to just use 123 to get in. I had to immediately change my locks when my front door unlocked when my neighbor used his car's fob to unlock his car door.
