not all wheels just pop in, you have to bend the track or put in a new one to make most of them work and this is the norm otherwise the wheel would wobble in the track because its so wide. Good luck.

This may help with increasing the pressure to the upper arm. If there is a flat tube that runs from the bottom of the dishwasher up to the upper arm check to see if you can remove it and see if it’s blocked up. Also check the 2 filters in the bottom of the dishwasher. Take them out, scrub both with a toothbrush, dawn soap, and super hot tap water. Careful not to denting the metal sieves/filters. Replace each but make sure they are locked in place aligned with the arrows.
