Mr turbohand, did you happened to check the camshaft phase position on obd11/vagcom before diagnosing this a3? Just wondering if you did and what the degrees was on that. If not all good, glad this a3 was saved.

@@francoleon91 I was not able to check it on this one brother as I did not even want to run the car it sounded so bad as if the chain was going to blow through the timing cover!!!

You do not have to drain the oil first unless you think it might be a little bit over full one time I had a customer‘s car come in and I don’t usually drain the oil and as soon as I took, the seal off oil was pouring out come to find out it was a quart over full

I do not have the measurements for you, but I know that’s exactly what these rims are. You just have to have the required spacer that comes with the kit which I believe is 3 mm.

Beautiful exhaust. Think i saw a y pipe from this place as well. Heat wrapping the downpipes would've been a good idea. Unless you love plastic that breaks when you give it a dirty look. Sounds good 👍
