I don’t cook frequently due to how much pain and energy it takes and the fact that I still live with my mother, but something that helps me is to have seating everywhere around my prepping spaces. At the stove, I have a stool that’s high enough for me to comfortably and safely cook while seated, at my counter, I have another stool so I only have to move to grab things from the fridge, and at the island, I have chairs so I can organize groceries or recipes, etc. i may also start using a rollator for household chores, too, so I don’t have to keep getting up and sitting down as often, and can instead push myself with my legs around the kitchen or elsewhere in the house. Having somewhere to sit makes all the differences for my energy. I’m also planning on making some freezer meals for myself, too. Hoping to start out with frozen breakfast burritos! Remember: You are allowed to take care of you, no matter what it looks like! Don’t let anyone make standards for you that you know you can’t achieve. You got this! ❤

This has to be a natural process orchestrated by the liver when you are doing ketogenic diet or fasting. We are not supposed to drink ketones. Our body had never done that since we lived in caves. It´s not natural! OBS: I am talking about a health person. Nonetheless for treatment/therapy purpose is another subject! Thank you for the class!

I just have to ask- Around 25min begins a discussion about “blocking” ATP release to the extracellular environment. Why? This response was designed by our Creator, for a good reason. We don’t know what that reason is, but it’s the same reason that buffalo don’t graze on the same pasture forever….the effect of blocking these responses is unknown, and is unwise (unless you know that the response is being caused by a specific agent, like mycotoxin exposure).

If the danger signal stays for longer or comes earlier than we have adapted for (man made chemicals and highly processed diets) the eATP signaling will never end and the healing cycle gets blocked. He talks about this concept in other presentations.

@@squeakypistonproductions2228 I see, I will search and listen some more (this is the first time I have heard him talk, but I've read his publications). I also heard him sort of address this at 1:01:45. His thought was during acute infections. I don't totally agree with this because I have personal experience here (mycotoxin exposures concurrent with hidden vitamin deficiencies that weren't found if it wasn't for lymphocyte proliferation). Basic nutrition and toxicology has to be done concurrent WITH his potential treatments of eATP leakage (suramin et al). Also, for what it's worth, an acute treatment for eATP leakage *might by molecular hydrogen gas (H2) that can interrupt the intracellular NO/ONOO- death spiral and allow someone to realize what is causing the problem(s). H2 treatment fits his other theories of not interrupting cell signaling via quenching all ROS (peroxide, nitric oxide), but by just quenching the really bad players that self-perpetuate (peroxynitrite , hydroxyl radicals). Just thought I'd share that idea. His paper, Oxidative Shielding or Oxidative Stress?, is probably the best I've seen, especially since it agrees with letting nature take its course. I also want to share that I recently became aware that most doctors are trying to treat mold/mycotoxins with antioxidants (ie glutathione). I fell victim to this as well, because most mycotoxins are actually antioxidants by their nature, and increasing antioxidant intake just worsened my problems. I actually believe there is a very good reason for not directly treating the eATP leak (to a reasonable extent of course considering the state of the person), because this leakage spills into the emotional, mental, and psyche of the person, and if they are paying attention, they have to make lifestyle changes in order to recover. ie: When somebody lets a joint/common wall mold up from their side, you don't try to treat yourself (longer-term) to withstand their bad actions, you move!

@@squeakypistonproductions2228 He basically answers my question at 1:01:40. I don’t agree with blocking the CDR response without knowing what is causing it. There’s a lot of things that activate microglia, like mycotoxins. “Repeated exposure to systemic immune challenge induces microglia priming.” Read the research. Somebody just needs to say it: look at the vaccine schedule, and start speaking the truth. It’s in the research and multiple immunizations are proven to mess up the immune system by priming microglia. Ref: Dr. Blaylock et al

@squeakypistonproductions2228
@squeakypistonproductions2228 Ай бұрын
Intracellular ATP is used for lots of physiological processes inside the cell. ATP out side of the cell is a danger signaling molecule. He is saying that persistent ATP outside the cell stops the body from completing the healing cycle. Drugs like suramin block that ATP outside the cell from binding and other drugs might stop the cell from releasing ATP

This is in accurate: (12:14) “And in diabetes…our body doesn’t have enough insulin to allow our blood sugar to be used as energy”. In type-2 diabetes what happens is there has been a chronic buildup of excess insulin over years (even decades) in a phenomenon known as insulin resistance, where tissues (especially fat cells) resist insulin’s signal. So there’s *too much insulin* not too little. There’s only too little insulin in type-1 diabetes. Eventually, the beta cells of the pancreas start to ‘burn’ out and glucose homeostasis starts to slip. At this point, fasting glucose shoots up and glucose tolerance worsens which is when doctors realise there’s a problem. HbA1c is a proxy that measures this failure of the beta cells…but they’re measuring at point of failure, when earlier detection is possible. Had they been measuring fasting insulin and fasting glucose (HOMA-IR Test) then they would’ve discovered the problem years earlier. The solution to this problem is to lower insulin by lowering blood glucose naturally eg by removing/reducing carbs & sugar in the diet and doing exercise to shrink the fat cells and create bigger muscles that can act as a bigger storage medium for excess glucose and fast metaboliser of glucose.

I got the same treatment, see my comments above. Our medical system, and all connected to it, has systemically failed by excessive pride and greed, and has shown continuing evidence that they will "protect themselves" all the way to the middle of the earth, so don't expect anything less until they learn some empathy (I hope they do). Try H2 inhalation, it has worked for me so far; follow up when you have the money with an intracellular nutrition test via lymphocyte proliferation. I found them both from prayers. Look up Dr. Andrew Campbell as well (on youtube), he has a good treatment for mold exposure ("cough cough," I mean curing cancer), but remember you have to take itraconazole with magnesium, zinc, copper, etc, because it can deplete those very quickly. I think H2 gas might actually be better here though, but it depends on your exact situation.

Great to learn about the app yestersu. I think the less counting the better, because 1. Dietians job is to count the macro nutrients, patients likely to make mistakes 2. Query is it appropriate for teens to be calorie counting when they are already restricting, could this set up obsessive behaviour or increase health anxiety around diet 3..some FODs cause vision loss so counting and logging so many items is not possible as we often cant read food labels as we get older 4. Perhaps focus on symptoms more alongisde the key dietary items such as mct or c7 dose, EFA dose, fat soluble vitamin dose. 5. Add option to include item of emergency protocol e.g dextrose powder drink or gatorade

Each time I was taken to the hospital, they kept telling my parents that I had a cold or the flu. When I was two I wore size ZERO shoes and was so weak I couldn't hold myself sitting upright to have my birthday cake. My mom held me so I could sit in front of my birthday cake and have a photograph taken. I was too weak to smile though. Now I'm 52 years old and this coming Thursday is the 18th my birthday. I'll be 53. I'm still walking but it's hard to keep any weight on me. I'm skinny now but I've done skinny plenty of times. I've been chubby lots of times too, even got FAT before. I didn't realize I was so fortunate, that it's harder hitting than I've experienced so far. I'm not too happy to learn this IS A REAL disease and I've had it's symptoms since birth and they might get worse. Dang.

Been taking 1mg lithium orotate daily for months. I guess the annoying thing about lithium is it doesn’t stay long in the body (1 day) so brain increase in mitochondrial atp or nerve growth factor is temporary. Also it doesn’t raise my workout energy, which I guess means most of it is being absorbed by the brain, and you can’t take more because then you get toxic concentrations in the brain. Regarding micro doses, 0.3mg daily was used here: Microdose Lithium Treatment Stabilized Cognitive Impairment in Patients with Alzheimer's Disease, 2013

@@rocpile2773 because he can do nothing for you. he treats huge volumes of sick people with serious disorders. SCADD is clinically not, there is no treatment, he can do nothing for you. Also it's very unwise to denigrate a doctor and their staff online if you want their help. He is involved with MitoAction and so are the staff involved with running this channel.
