Make sure you try a local brand they make just south of Shreveport called Downhome Brand Sausage it will always be my favorite. You can get it in most local grocery stores. The wife and I moved out of the Shreveport area years ago but we have a lot of fond memories of the area. Also make sure you get some Southern Maid donuts they were the best. Safe travels
