The story he told about Esteban wasn't the truth he was captured by religious leaders his rattle was thrown on the ground and smashed and was told to not run while he was investigated , he then tried to escape at night and was caught and k***ed with a ax, the us government accuired the area from Mexico some time after the treaty of hidalgo ,with terms not to disturb the citizens already living in the areas established by them . I am zuni and parts of the story your guide told weren't the truth. Look up the PBS special surviving Columbus it tells the more accurate stories.

I have a question that irritates the heck out of me. Why oh why do Americans refer to the"ocean" when it's the SEA of Cortez?

Honest to God you can't just flash a map real quick of where you're at. I have to back up the video and stop it where you display the text on the screen. Write it down on a piece of paper. Exit KZbin and go to Google maps. Close Google maps and go back to KZbin. Highly annoying.
@weekdayadventures11 күн бұрын
We try not to “draw people a map” to all these amazing places. If you pay attention during the video we give plenty of clues to where it is. We give the name of the beach, restaurant, and what two major cities it’s located between.

Wow, it's breath taking, thank you for sharing. I'm also planning my trip to Baja (fall of 2025 to spring of 2026), which will be the first of many trips to Baja. I have been enjoying watching your channel and today, I was wondering if you could explain your logo, the three pyramids, the single tree and the choice of colors... I have changed mine, since I no longer will be traveling in a van, just closed a deal on a fifth wheel, so it won't be AdVanture 001 anymore. Am working on a new one... anyways, on to the next adventure. :)

The elected officials not governing our city is creating chaos for the people visiting and people living in Santa Fe. The loud cars that take over our city day and night and the speeding cars and running red lights is an embarrassment to this city and the tax payers. There is no police presence to control any of this. In short, Santa Fe is going in the wrong direction. The officials are more interested with making the rail and art district another Disney park and not fixing problems at hand. I moved to Santa Fe over 14 years ago and love it, but the last few years of increased noise from the modified car mufflers have taken over the sound scape and is causing noise pollution that's unacceptable for most cities. My family and friends will no longer visit due to lack of sleep either in hotel rooms or at my place due to the noise. There are laws in place to curb the illegal cars but it's not being enforced. This is unfair and I don't know to approach it. I have contacted the governor's office and never received a reply, same with the mayor. Do our elected officials ever step outside to see what's going on in this city? This has been going on for a long time and there's been more than ample time to fix this.
