i am thinking that you could post more of people actually living in these in harsh conditions,20 below,100 mile winds,huricane,hot as hell it self. without solid information available these look to be more of a vacation tent and not suitable for a family. after 40 years of selling these domes there should be tons of video showing how these stand up to time and bears.

It might be more efficient to assemble from top to bottom. This approach eliminates the need to climb higher later to construct upper elements.

Why did Kirsten take her vid of the dome down? It was a perfect explanation. And so interesting….. this doesn’t do the dome justice. Your media has made it seem so lame but when the brothers explained it on that vid it was perfecto 👌 the hot brothers doing a walk through of a prototype explaining the ins and outs is all you need 💯

You need to figure out better ways to insulate these domes. In my neck of the woods it’s all but impossible to get a building permit for them because they don’t meet the insulation requirements of the building code even with the internal optional insulation layer.

We would! and have many times in the past, due to the economy being down unfortunately we need to sell them at cost or we will not be able to produce any domes at all. I hope you can understand we are doing the best we can to help.

I build concrete domes in India. I like Pacific Domes, but there is a Force 5 hurricane coming in now. I have my durability doubts, especially with flooding..

We have many reports of Pacific Domes undisturbed by hurricane force winds. Domes are the best structure because winds blow around them. As long as a tree doesn’t fly by😅
