Don’t worry. It’s normal while practising, but don’t be upset or give up. Keep on practising,you can .The skill development is a process that may vary person to person, but everybody can. He has had hypertension since 2019 is the active form of the sentence ,whereas He has been diagnosed with hypertension since 2019 is the passive form of the sentence. Both sentences are correct to use;however, active form is used when subject has importance and passive is used to stress the diagnosis/ object.Thanks for the comment 🥰
