It is so broken, great move pool, insane support moves (this girl gets FOLLOW ME), stat boosts upon terastallising, 20% damage increase to all moves when holding a mask

It's a discord I've been in for years called PGL / Pokemon Generations League. They rotate formats every season and we just happened to land on LC this season. There is a pretty good document floating around for natdex LC draft tiers!
