Bin mal gespannt, wie es aussehen wird, wenn es fertig ist, wird bestimmt toll und ein Ort wo man sich nach dem ganzen Shoppingstress mal ausruhen kann. Man hätte doch den alten Karstadt aber doch auch in viele kleine Geschäfte aufteilen können oder ein Primark hätte da gut rein gepasst, der fehlt bisher im MTZ. Der Primark in Köln hat z.B. 4 Etagen, da wäre doch der alte Karstadt mit 2 Etagen ausreichend gewesen!
