You are having an issue with your emissions equipment thats keeping the gas vapor from leaving your tank through its natural vent.

@andrewlimm it was a facetious comment. No harm no foul. A good friend of mine ran into the same problem with his. He took it to a dealer and they said there was nothing they could do to it not being recalled. I'm paraphrasing here because the Tube wouldn't like everything else that was said.
