Skip to 2:20 and video pretty much over at 2:30 but thanks for sharing. The hazards of big box operations

I would ask any of those idiot coworkers if they want to jump on the forklift and if the all declined I'd tell them to get their ass back to work .

It was forklift operator first day..he was a DEI hire...lmao

He shouldn't have tried to pick up a double stack inside the store.
@alanwhiteside4102 күн бұрын
Lol 😂 who hired this guy to operate the forklift? There must have been 12 workers watching. Scrap that wood. 💸💸$$$

Lowe’s 2x4s was a mess before they fell. They’re all bent. It’s easier to find a str8 man at a diddy party 😂

What the hell were they trying to do?

1 bundle at a time not 2
@chrisbromley72148 күн бұрын
That bottom bundle was a complete mess, that wasn’t even worth putting up in the first place.
@marshallholmes35548 күн бұрын
Yep that's those little 4ft.blades and being top heavy.Should have taken the top 1 off first and then get the bottom 1..But Lowes&Home Depot have some of the dumbest F.L.rules I've ever heard of.And I've operated a F.L.for 45yrs..I can perform surgery on a F.L.or as U northern call them a high low...
@nwindlt8 күн бұрын
I mean they should be used to the mess, looks like someone left after shopping for decent boards 😂

I've been on a forklift working with lumber for 8 years. If you don't know after 6 months not to stack on a bunk that rolled, you need a new job.

They are doing to the country what the operator did to the lumber.

That could have been much worse. Just a bunch of stacking to do. Funny seeing all the barriers and flag people these days with forklifts in these 'big box' stores. I worked in the late 70's at a hardware store lumber yard, they just handed you the forklift keys and off you went. Obviously a little more safety than back then was needed. Back then, things were not stacked as high either at least where I worked.

Way exceeded the forklift capacity

Damn does anybody work in that store or they're just there to oversee the f****** up cuz I know they will not help clean it up

Joey Staxs would be so mad, especially if he was the customer who needed assistance.

Send a guy up top to re-band it before trying a stunt like that.
@jackfrost344715 күн бұрын
All this happens during store hours. Should never be done while customers are present OSHA should investigate all store locations !
@davidcarter811916 күн бұрын
First that looks like a power company project with as many people standing around watching one guy work. Secondly clean up on aisle 4
@richgillingham831416 күн бұрын
I love how the guy was telling him what to do and it still went everywhere. Like he knew what he was talking about hahaha
@stevedawson386317 күн бұрын
Sell the 2-4 for a dollar a piece. You do not have to clean up the mess!!!

That’s the most Lowe’s employees I’ve ever seen in the lumber isle. Normally can’t find anyone to help

You failed to mention they did this right when they opened😂
@MrJedijunkie24 күн бұрын
Well, it appears he should have just grabbed 1 bunk instead of 2. Huge safety concern I would say. Plus with the pile of lumber sitting on the ground also looks like it should have been moved away from the work area before attempting to bring stuff down.
@prolinkx365125 күн бұрын
Everyone standing there has a job to do. Instead they stand there and waste 30 min on the clock observing

I was a forklift operator in my past life in the Andromeda galaxy. We used anti gravity lifts to elevate the 2x4s.

What I wanna know who is the asshole to put the bottom bunk up in the overhead like that
@xyero4399Ай бұрын
He fcked up the moment, he dragged the back end. I would have put it back in, and grabbed the top part. If they had an order picker/man lift, then I would go back up and fix the bottom stack.
@DestroyerTVАй бұрын
That's why you tilt back, if you know how to operate a forklift
@hwy6163Ай бұрын
It was a big mistake- trying to save money grabbing two pallets- Think about all the employees getting paid to watch this - waste of money, time, and material. You need better hands. This ain’t getting it. Write some checks.
