I know the rest of the worlds population is living below the poverty line, BUt two “average” houses on one piece of property. What a deal….. complete teardowns. Unfortunately, both of those houses would have to come down and I would put up $160 million house just to show people how extravagant I am. Most of America and the world live in squalor. And I’m going to tear down mansions to build a new one…. lol 😂. And then not live there. Hahaha

Nice view, but when I stayed in the favela in Tabajaras (Copacabana) last April, I could see whole Botafogo, all the way to the bay where you cold see Níteroi and on a clear day even the mountains far away. On my left the Jesus statue and on my right the top of the Pão de Açucar. This all for a price way lower then the 25.000.000R$ and in 15 minutes your feet are standing in the waters of Copacabana beach. But then, everyone has its own preferences.
