In 1988 coach Leon had us listening to tapes of Zig Ziglar & Grant Teaff in Positive Attitude class once a week. It was desperately needed but only reached some of us that didn't turn to alcohol and road tripping in this rural area and give up on high achievement. One can only handle so much neghead alcoholic attitude, after a few years he did the right thing and took a teaching job in Iowa

But Nick Saban isn't a high achiever, he had to exploit the unpaid labour of young athletes, and then retited once he could no longer do so. So is it high achievement or taking advamtage of a rigged system?

My, how heart warming. Pr*ck Saban doesn't mention that Woody Hayes was a psychopath who slugged an opposing player after an interception on live TV.

My home lettin cars run over cable? The number safety tip I can share this dude is to always do the house side first. I was told the my first year doing cable. When you bring the other end to the pole side you'll be tied off and be able to keep hold of tension so you can safely hang up the cable. One other thing I would share amd with other techs... stop letting cars running over your coaxial cable, today. When cars roll over the cable like that they will smash in the dielectric, causing ripples and impedance mismatch. The space between the shield of the cable and the center conductor is very important to the character of the cable. High reflection on the return signals will be a problem for this customer. Always tie in at the house first and never allow cars to roll over your cables.

What...one play away from another Natty...??? Second best team in the country??? Obviously Michigan and Bama was the game. Judging by how close that game was compared to the way Michigan handled Washington.
@The_Red_Off_Road9 ай бұрын
It really doesn’t matter because every team they played had to be perfect or they wouldn’t beat bama. A lot of those losses were purty close games. We all know that there was a big circle around Alabama on those schedules in all those locker rooms. Even when having a lackluster year, Sabans teams came to play.
@savagetigerfbfan66739 ай бұрын
@@jsk3005 now Nick Saban retired. Y’all had a hell of a run but I been saying since 2021 bama saw their last natty in 2020 and that holds true in saban’s last year coaching.
