I've been using it for years.! I'm 53.. 6 foot, 180lbs. Don't believe all the negative hype of DHEA. Cuz doctors want unhealthy people and they will lose money.!! One thing is though don't over take it. Maybe start out with 25mg and a couple months later go to 50mg.. I wouldn't recommend over 100mg.. And no I'm not a doctor, but I have studied a lot on this. Also I've been taking for over 15 years now.. Also I know plenty of other people that supplement with this.! I would not recommend people under 30 to take it either. Because you have plenty DHEA running through your body.. Most likely check with your doctor first. Even though most doctors are against taking DHEA.. Or you can eat a lot of yams to get DHEA the natural way.. Because thats where they derive the DHEA from, to make the synthetic pills of DHEA.. The only issue I get is acne.! I stopped getting acne around 32.. Then I started taking DHEA around 37, and here comes the acne back again! Hehe! I take 75 mg of DHEA, that is comfortable for me. I don't cycle it and I haven't in like 10 years.!! I also take multivitamins, 500mg. vitamin C chewable, and in the cold winter months I take 50mg of vitamin D3. I take vitamin D3 because no sun.. So I don't eat more than 1800 calories a day.. So for every 10lbs = 100 calories.. I always feel great..! I plan to live up to 100+ years..
