I've been wanting to do this route for a long time. Almost went last month but my car broke down on the way haha, terrible luck. Great video!

Wow... it is amazing.. I wanted to try sth like you did in the video. but don't know where to start. isn't it cold when sleeping in the mountain..? and how do you make sure your campsite is safe from avalanche or sth during the night.?
@SnowyMountainMan Жыл бұрын
Thanks a bunch! It definitely gets cold. I use a 0 degree down bag and a sleeping pad. I rarely get cold but another trick is to boil water and put it in a water bottle in your sleeping bag with you. To go out in winter I would study up about avalanches and maybe take an avalanche course. I was safe because I wasn’t sleeping on or below avalanche terrain. I also was snowboarding on terrain below 30 degree slope angle so it isn’t likely to slide. Thanks for watching!

You should grab a mouth piece mount for your go pro. Your downhill footage will look a lot better. I like the video. Keep it going!

Wow! Awesome hike Triston. You had some great views. Some of those drop-offs looked pretty steep. Glad the weather held off so you could complete the Selkirk Traverse.
