We have main offices in Germany and nearshore in Romania. We have been very successful so far in building developer teams in Romania. The english level is great so communication is no issue at all and the pricing is also competitive. A bit mor expensive than Asia or Africa, but the cultural similarities are significant and an advantage, compared to Asia or Africa. So we find it ok to pay a couple of bucks more to have closer time zones and cultural similarity.

The exact problem with new electronic washers. The owner cant start the wash before the drum is filled. Cant shorten a cycle, cant really stop and end a cycle. The computer tells the customer how to wash.

I make my coffee like I was in a chemistry lab. I measure my creamer and sugar with precision and my cup must be set with the handle precisely at 45 degrees to my left and exactly 7.11 inches from the edge of my workspace. This is one of very few things that I put such specific attention into. If you were to make an assessment based on my morning, it might appear that I am extremely detailed oriented and organized, or obsessive. In reality, that couldn't be further from the truth. I agree it is useful to observe how people do things but it is not an indicator of how they do everything.

I do that..n i always got yelled at at work because i took too long trying to profect something...even being a CNA, they hated that i took my time with the patients n would wash them real good n not just their face n butt, or when i clean i get every detail, or like i been making my daughters costumes the past few years n went way beyond what i should've lol, but they turned out bad ass!

Good luck. Bosses like this usually end up as CEOs or learn it is better to be the Owners, so you have to get past the gauntlet of idiot managers before you can get to the good ones.

Good luck. After losing 8 jobs while out-performing all of my co-workers, I finally figured out that people really do hate overachievers. Once I learned to keep my performance in the same range as my peers (aka slacking off), I've never lost a job since then for 17 years and all my performance reviews are glowing accolades. It is almost depressing.

@@etherealceleste dude they do! I got fired for doing other ppls jobs being a cna cuz they hated that I took care of them n knew the other ppl weren't changing them or washing them right so I'd double check their work, wouldn't say anything to them or get them in trouble, I'd just work by myself n do my own thing n make sure shits done right, n I got fired for not holding hands with 2 other women that were literally just hired n were literally skipping down the halls during night shift n hide in rooms n pretend like they checked ppl n I'd go in right after them n the person is covered in piss from head to toe🙄🤦🏼♀️ n they went to the nurses n talked shit on me, even tho I was there for 6 years, but the one RN got fired or quit like a year before that n came back n ended up being the hiring n main nurse, n she didn't like me before she left when I first got there cuz I wouldn't take her shit lol, so as soon as she came back n got a higher rank I knee I was gone sooner or later 😊

@@etherealceleste I realized early on that I wasn't suited to a 9-5 job full of drones. At 25 I decided to work for myself. Being the only person responsible is perfect for me. I know everything will get done right. I do a variety of things with 25-30 clients at a time. No day is the same and I'm constantly adding to my skill set. There's nothing I don't know, I just don't know it yet. Be Brave!

I was gonna say I was kinda skeptical of this until I kinda realized I learned how to use a computer as a kid back in the late 2000s in a not so dissimilar way, I had questions and I knew my parents used the computer and google to look stuff up and so I got on our home pc and figured it out myself.

That's the qualifier? Well sure, that's level 1....but assuming all 100 applicants are qualified, are you actually going to interview 100 candidates? Some jobs might have way more than 100 applications....have you got some who actually filtered those resumes down to like 5 candidates???

ChatGPT can certainly provide unique benefits for companies, even when traditional programming might suffice. For instance, it can accelerate content creation, streamline customer service interactions, and unveil valuable insights through data analysis. Embracing AI solutions like ChatGPT allows businesses to enhance efficiency and reduce expenses, regardless of whether traditional programming can also tackle the task. The notion that ChatGPT is only beneficial for tasks where traditional programming falls short is simply misguided. In fact, ChatGPT can excel in many everyday tasks associated with traditional programming, making it a versatile and valuable tool.
