Thanks for having me on. This conversation proved to be more powerful that I predicted. Turns out, I needed to be reminded that shame and isolation is insidious in every aspect of life not just addiction.

This was inspiring I really liked the idea of “recovering out loud” in the past I kept my addiction a secret so I kept my recovery a secret as well.
