Without doubt the best live act I have ever seen. Rain Dogs tour Edinburgh Playhouse. Swordfishtrombones is his masterpiece in my opinion but there’s no bad albums with this special guy.

Omar Torrez absolutely kills it here. He takes what Ribot created which was already stellar and perfect, yet made it his own in an homage type of play to Ribot. Incredible. I would love a Ribot and Torrez collaboration, maybe even include the great Tom. That would be something

All I can say is thankyou so much for putting this together. Incredible how smoothly it runs, a few different lights are the only clue it isn’t an entire concert filmed in one go. I was very lucky to see Tom the only time he came to Perth and it would never happen again…so thankyou from the bottom of my heart.

I have the Big Time doc on VHS. It's actually more crazy they way it's edited on the original. This seems toned down by comparison, but is still frenetic and insane.
