I'm also from the Philippines, what would be your recommendation for a dedicated control pad? Currently using a Pulsar Paraspeed V1 which I got. At only 500php from a friend. It works fine but my main game is valorant which I feel like a control pad would be better. My price would be 500-1k? Maybe a little more if it's that good?
@YameStenАй бұрын
For your price range, definitely the QCK Heavy. The only problem you'll run into is humidity, so it's ideal if you already play in a room with air-conditioning, or try a dehumidifier if it helps, so that the consistency of the pad remains predictable
@prixivus85Ай бұрын
@@YameSten assume I don't use air-conditioning, got any second suggestions?
@YameStenАй бұрын
You can try the Aqua Control +, but I think that pad also gets affected by humidity. I'd say just go with the QCK Heavy, play with a fan blowing air towards you, and just put cheap disposable dehumidifiers around your gaming room to help with humidity

Hi Today i had to make a choice what should i buy atk or the superlight ?
@YameStenАй бұрын
I'd say the ATK X1 PRO if it's cheaper, since you get a better product. But I'm not sure if they've fixed their QC problems (some units I think had some creaking or scroll wheel issues). If they're the same price, it's a toss up tbh. The X1 Pro is objectively the better option because of the specs, but Logitech has better customer support in the event you get a problem, and it has more aftermarket parts since it is very popular

this is litearlly a viper v3 clone. just get the viper v3 hyperspeed.
@YameSten2 ай бұрын
But the Viper V3 Hyperspeed is- heavier, doesn't have a USB-C port so you're screwed if the battery dies out, has mechanic switches so it has a higher risk of developing double clicking issues, and the 4K dongle has to be bought separately. It may be a clone, but it's a better value especially compared to the VV3 Hyperspeed

Im looking for the best gaming mouse with bluetooth and a receiver compartment, no budget. Ik razer has some options but they are to my knowledge not as light or optimized for gaming as these mive from atk/vxe/vgn. Currently I have a sprime pm1 but need to change to something with bluetooth and a receiver storage compartment, is the atk x1 pro a significant downgrade? Also can you recommend any other mice with BT, eecirver storage, and good for gaming? Great video! Thank you!
@YameSten2 ай бұрын
The ATK X1 Pro has a receiver storage compartment for the 2.4Ghz connector, and has Bluetooth, although I haven't tested the Bluetooth capability so I can't give my opinion on it. The ATK X1 Pro is like 80% there when compared to the VV3 Pro, so I wouldn't really call it a significant downgrade

Unfortunately the shell size of the clicks and side button placement are different, so the ones for VV3 Pro won't fit the X1 Pro. I think the only real difference that made a significant difference to me was the coating, I just prefer the coating and feeling of the VV3 Pro compared to the X1 Pro. If you prefer matte/chalky coating, then the X1 Pro better would be better. I don't really see a reason to mod the mouse, unless you want better battery life, and if that's the case just go with the X1 Pro Max I think

@@YameSten Ive had the ATK X1 Ultra for a few weeks now and I'm very happy with the style, shape, and performance. Weight is crazy light, but that is recently coming from a basic 20$ dell wired mouse. I purchased it the last day of the sale so I got the whole package with the 8K dongle for 60$ before shipping. Came well packaged and was very easy to setup. 8K dongle pairing was a bit messy but I got it to work and switching back and forth is a process. In 8k mode I found that some games don't respond well to the high speed but that was understandable. The web based program is great and offered all the features I was looking for. The mouse came with grip pads and skates. I have huge hands so the grip pads were perfect for me. The one issue I had with the mouse was it came with bent skates. they seems to be offset and creased at the corners of the front two. Luckily the mouse had backups so I replaced them and they are fine now. Overall the build quality is fine. I'm not amazed but it is very acceptable, especially for the price. The weight is amazing though, the thing feels like a crumpled up piece of paper in my hand. I got the ultra with the larger battery and the battery life is great as well, again the weight is impressive for all the performance I'm getting. The accuracy was on point, I ran it through some trainers and all the FPS games and it has not let me down. The charging cable it comes with feels a bit cheap, I'm not a big fan of the loose sleeved cable wrap they used but it works. In all very happy with the purchase. I would consider other options if I had to pay the full price compared to others in the price range, but performance is unmatched. One takeaway is I wish the feet were the bigger style. I tend to run on a medium pad so I noticed the small front feet can catch on the edges if I get too close. (might be how they were damaged when I received them) thanks again for the recommendation. I'm glad you gave me the chance to take advantage of the opportunity and I hope you continue with the great reviews.

Slr, just had to make sure my test was accurate. I used the Razer Polling Rate Tester App, it does reach 8000Hz polling, but not consistently. Usually hovers in the 7.6k range when in motion. Using browser based polling rate tests, it doesn't reach even above 4000Hz, so that's why I had to double check before replying (For context, my ULX reaches 4000Hz polling on the razer polling app as well)

I also need to address the pre-post travel as I got a batch 1 model and the QC was quite poor on it.
@YameSten4 ай бұрын
100M TTC Gold would probably be the best based on what you're looking for. Whether or not it'll feel good depends really. I don't know if the carbon composite wears down over time with every click. All I can say is I've had my modded ULX for more than a month, and there has been 0 switch grinding, clicks still feel the same as day 1 after the mod
@Dizzyfatpigeon4 ай бұрын
@@YameSten Thanks a lot for the info! I'll look at getting some 100M ttc Gold in that case, I'm just really a fan of the super stiff crisp clicks of the GPX2. I had an original G pro for years, and then moved to the Starlight 12 and now the ULX, but something about the G pro shape was always great, but i've been spoiled by the S12/ULX's weight Even at 60 grams the GPX2 just feels so heavy and slow, I'm also a fingertip player and it not ideal on that mouse Shall I go straight for resoldering the switches on the ULX or try my old Starlight 12 first as a test? in terms of my ULX, m1/2 has quite a lot of pre travel as well as being really creaky on press and a lot of side play, I'll use foil tape to resolve that I'm not sure if there is worry that new switches will wear the carbon fibre composite out as you mentioned
