補足です！ ①スクワットで息を吐く時は、お腹の筋肉が張り出している感じです。腹式呼吸のようにお腹はへこみません。 ②スクワットは、できれば両手を台に乗せてやった方が効果的です。腰を上げる時に、両手で台を押さえながらやると、お腹に力が入る感覚がつかみやすいです。

I was inspired when I was watching Aki’s videos. I started watching an English movie without subtitles. Aki先生のyoutubeで練習してから、英語を聞いてみようという気になりました。西部劇なのでセリフ少なく、3割くらい聞きとれました！ 繰り返し発音するのが、いいですね。

安村さん🤣 堂々と！シンプルな英文で、通じていましたね😊 思ったこと、簡単なことをすぐに言える！ なりたいですね！！！ 私たち日本人は、大人になるまでに、けっこう英語勉強してきているので、残りの時間は、『とっさの発話力』に集中して、まずは、『話せる実感』を持てたら最高✨ そしたら、あとは、とっさに話せる道に向かって、発話力トレーニングも更に楽しくなるかと😊 Sanoさんは、ご自分の声を録音されたりしますか？ KZbin でトレーニング後、ぜひ録音してみて下さい。 自分で納得する発音になっているか？発音でも、スラスラ感でも、自分の気になることで良いです。 納得するまで練習→録音→練習→録音を続けると、何か新しい発見あるかもしれません。 発音良くするため以上に、それだけ繰り返すと、英語が日本語のように、自分のものになります😊 一つの方法です🍀
