Good job S and E. (protecting your anonymity). Interviewing effectively is an art form, and you will get better at it. But this is a great start! Of course, it doesn’t hurt that you had an absolute rockstar for a subject to interview. I think we should all be grateful to Sandy for coming on. What a great role model he is! Showing up is key, even if uninvited. This man has given us some really good advice.
